Chevron, herringbone, and wide plank options

All products and services are subject to stock availability and mutual agreement.

Quotations and Pricing

Prices and quotations are provided based on project specifications and requirements.

Quotations are valid for a limited period (typically 30 days) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless clearly mentioned.

Prices may be revised due to changes in material cost, supplier pricing, or external market conditions.

Final pricing is confirmed only upon written approval.

Orders and Payments

Orders are confirmed only upon receiving agreed payment terms (deposit or full payment).

Accepted payment methods may include:

Other approved payment methods

Outstanding balances must be cleared before delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

AGSONS reserves the right to suspend or cancel orders due to delayed or non-payment.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery timelines are scheduled based on stock availability and logistics arrangements.

AGSONS is not liable for delays caused by:

Suppliers

Transport providers

Customs or regulatory processes

Unforeseen external circumstances

Customers are responsible for ensuring site readiness and access before delivery or installation.

Any additional work or changes requested after order confirmation may incur extra charges.

Product Warranty and Quality

All products are sourced from reputable brands and meet applicable UAE standards.

Warranty coverage varies depending on the manufacturer and product category.

Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Improper installation

Damage caused by misuse or negligence

External site-related issues

Customers must follow recommended installation and maintenance guidelines.

Cancellations and Returns

Orders cancelled before dispatch may be eligible for partial refund, subject to approval.

Custom or special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Delivered goods may not be returned unless approved and subject to inspection.

Transportation and handling charges may apply.
